Bathroom Storage: Mason Jar Wall Caddy

Monday, February 24, 2014

A few weeks ago we shared our Ombre Mason Jar Tutorial and we're excited to finally share the full storage project! Since we moved in I've learned that creating storage in smaller bathrooms is kind of like a jigsaw puzzle. One of us (me) has A LOT of products (I know you understand me ladies) so we wanted to find some way to keep the countertops clutter free but still look nice, so we decided to go with the wall caddy! We LOVE how it turned out and it was surprisingly simple to make. Pretty much the minute it went up Joe got a little jealous and got to work making one for himself, but who can blame him!

First we started off by deciding how many jars we needed/wanted. Then we cut the board.

Then it was time to stain!

Once the stain had dried we located the stud and used two wood screws to secure it to the wall.
Next using the metal screws, we attached the hose clamps.

Then we secured the clamp around the jars we had painted silver ombre (link)

And voila!
